Apple Pay setup is faster to configure

When you request Apple Pay for a store, setup now starts with your platform's default Merchant ID already filled in, cutting down on manual entry.

Payment-link listings now show which processor handled each link

Each payment link's listing shows whether it was processed through Adyen or Stripe, making it easier to tell them apart at a glance.

Dispute management

Fixed currency formatting on the Disputes and Chargebacks Report pages

Dispute and chargeback amounts in certain currencies were displaying with the wrong number of decimal places. They now format correctly on both the Disputes page and the Merchants Chargebacks Report.

Fixed a timeout loading the full chargebacks report

Accounts with a large volume of transactions could hit a timeout trying to load the all-time chargebacks report. The report now handles large datasets without that timeout.

Improved the accuracy of dispute win/loss reporting

Corrected how certain Mastercard disputes that go through arbitration are counted in your win/loss and liability reporting, so a dispute resolved at that stage — in your favor or against you — is now reflected correctly instead of being left out.

See more of a store's dispute-prevention identifiers, and how fresh they are

A recap — this identifier work shipped incrementally and hasn't been called out on its own before. Applying for RDR and Ethoca enrollment from a store's Dispute Prevention tab was already announced previously; this is about the identifiers themselves.

For Adyen-processed stores, a store's profile now shows the full set of network identifiers used for RDR and Ethoca enrollment — Account Holder ID, MCC, BIN, Store ID, MID, and CAID — alongside your Industry Code. Each identifier is labeled with whether it reflects live system data or a periodically-imported report, and, for imported ones, when that report was last refreshed, so you're not left guessing how current a value is before using it on enrollment paperwork.

Search now finds payments by more than the platform's own ID

Portal search can now resolve a payment using the processor's own reference or your checkout reference, not just the platform's internal ID — useful when a customer or your own records only have one of those on hand.

Fixed missing manually-matched bank-transfer payouts

Some manually-matched bank-transfer payouts weren't appearing in the Payouts section. They now show up correctly.

Fixed a date-range filter that unexpectedly reset

Opening a transaction's detail view and then returning to the transactions list no longer resets your date-range filter back to the current month.

Store Details now shows Industry Code for Stripe-processed stores too

Previously only visible for Adyen-processed stores, Industry Code now displays on Store Details regardless of which processor a store uses.
